Pros
The external marketing is very well packaged.
Cons
The boss does not follow proper legal regulations and is constantly trying to exploit loopholes and break the law. If employees are late by a few minutes, they are forced to take an hour of leave.
When they want someone to leave, they do not provide severance pay... They think no one will look up the laws~~ How laughable
