I applied for different positions several years apart, and the interview process was still just as ridiculous ☹️

Even though HR had clearly notified me about the interview, I still had to fill out three pages of information upon arriving. I had to disclose everything about my family background—what for? Was I hired already? This is clearly information that only formal employees should have to provide. The first interview even involved an official written response, while the second time just felt like I was being played. The interviewer was also very flippant… In short, everything described in the reviews on each floor is true. The brand has high name recognition, but its organizational system is absurdly chaotic. As an ordinary consumer, you should think twice about buying this company’s products!
