It’s really easygoing. In the IT department, there are two programmers, and they can’t even complete one or two small tasks a month. They spend more than 20 days of the month with nothing to do. The boss is truly generous—hiring two people for a workload equivalent to 0.2 of a person. But sometimes having nothing to do really makes time drag unbearably.
All day long, I have to listen to colleagues lie to and brainwash the manager. The manager ends up brainwashed, able to understand only lies and unable to take in the truth. In the end, the manager even discusses the lies with the colleagues who told them, treating those lies as truth. Yet the manager often says, “You’re lying to me,” while actually believing them. It’s truly just like Taiwan’s current Democratic Progressive Party deceiving Taiwan’s foolish citizens: the colleagues are like online propagandists lying and brainwashing people, while the manager is like the people whose minds have been conditioned to believe only lies.
