I think it is very suitable for fresh graduates entering the workforce, and the colleagues and supervisors are all quite easy to get along with. Other than that, there are no advantages at all!
1. The workload is extremely unreasonable. There is no overtime pay, but there is compensatory leave, and overtime only starts being counted from 8:30! It is calculated once every half hour!
There are a lot of cases, and they are very large in scope. The latest I have ever left after working overtime was after 3 a.m. It is a company with an overtime culture.
2. The benefits described on 104 and during the interview are just nice-sounding. Also, the salary listed on 104 is NT$32,000–42,000, but in fact, your salary will not be that high after joining. You will not receive a raise after passing the probationary period (although they said during the interview that you would). The website says the gifts for the three major holidays used to be less than NT$1,000; starting this year, they stopped giving them and pretended nothing happened! Salaries are reviewed every six months, which sounds good, but even if you do a lot, you may ultimately get only a NT$1,000 raise! You might not even get a raise 😏 The largest raise I have received so far was NT$2,000!
3. Since there are quite a lot of cases every month, there is a performance bonus! However, you can only receive it after four months. In other words, if you resign, you will not be able to receive the performance bonus!
