Pros
Their company’s development process is quite comprehensive (compared with other startups I’ve heard about), and the training for new employees is also quite welcoming.
The manager seems like a pretty good person, someone who listens to what you have to say.
Cons
It seems like they don’t have a dedicated HR person, which feels a little concerning.
The workspace is bright and clean, but somewhat small.
