1. Excellent rhetoric; can turn white into black
2. Tells different lies to different people; the policy changes every day (about the same matter)
3. Managers have no unified plan or explanation, and it always feels like going around in circles
4. Managers do not respect employees; if they cannot control you, they ask you to resign voluntarily
5. Regarding salary, the base salary plus meal allowance and position-finding allowance may still be less than the salary originally discussed
