Leave is provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act~ Any compensatory leave owed will be granted to employees.
1. The salary and benefits are "below average," although the pay for fresh graduates is acceptable.
2. The quality of the contractors is concerning, and the internal staff are also extremely inexperienced.
3. Inexperienced people lead the experts; the supervisors lack accountability, efficiency is extremely poor, and the supervisors are fundamentally unable to manage the operation of the entire construction site.
4. Experienced employees cannot be retained because of the low compensation and overall problems. Fresh graduates may be attracted by the initial offer because they do not know better, but the company cannot retain talent!
5. There is a mountain of paperwork. What era are we in, still printing everything on paper? The key question is: Does anyone even read it? If they did, how could there still be so many problems?
Basically, the paperwork is just wasting paper. Bank account details for remittances and the unit prices listed in the contract details have to be printed out every period, wasting paper each time. Is it really impossible to keep the information connected???
6. The interviewers make a whole bunch of grand promises~~~ Especially that person from the central region, the one with "Central" in the name~~~ So the idea is to trick people into joining first and explain later, right~~~XD
7. The quality of the work... is hard to say... Speechless!
Overall~ It looks like a large company, but its systems are even worse than those of a newly established company. Its benefits, procedures, and professionalism all need improvement. I do not recommend that industry peers with goals or ambitions fall into this pit. Those just passing the time may be okay~~~ The turnover rate is poor, because "smart" people will leave as soon as they see that something is wrong, while those who remain are probably workplace cockroaches who cannot find a job...
