Adding to the response in the previous section:
1. The employee benefits listed in the job postings are just for show; not a single one is actually provided. I advise everyone that you can just stop considering this company.
2. The boss is extremely self-centered, cannot accept suggestions, and cannot see any prospects. They only tell you that things can be “discussed,” but in reality they cannot. Even the managers they hire have a very authoritarian mindset.
3. The company has fewer than approximately 10 employees, but the employee turnover rate is extremely high. The office is filled with “newcomers,” and no one can understand what everyone is doing; all you can see is people frantically busying themselves.
4. To cover up their lack of ability, the boss likes to pretend to understand things they do not. The supervisors they hire also have no experience and cannot lead the people below them, resulting in an extremely high turnover rate.
5. Although there are few employees, relationships among them are not good either. Everyone is very unfamiliar with one another. When the boss dislikes an employee, they will join forces with other employees to “put on an act” and drive out the person they dislike.
6. The production lines for the company brand’s products all cut corners, using the cheapest materials while setting the highest prices to deceive consumers. Moreover, the overseas brands have not yet authorized them; they are essentially making the products privately.
7. The boss likes to blur the line between public and private matters, often rummaging through employees’ neatly organized clothes, sponsoring strange random passersby, and blaming employees for their own mistakes.
8. They like to paint an unrealistic dream for new employees, often telling newcomers about their supposedly grand American dream.
9. The KPIs have been updated countless times. They say they will discuss them with employees, but in the end they increase them unilaterally. Once you are close to reaching the target, they raise the bar again. There are simply no sales bonuses or performance bonuses.
10. The year-end bonus is not necessarily provided every year; it depends on whether the company makes money. However, most of the time the boss claims to be short of money. Sometimes the boss will only use “employee discount credit” as the so-called year-end bonus.
11. If you perform well at work and receive praise from other colleagues, the boss will become jealous. You will have no easy days ahead, and they will make things difficult for you at every turn, because the boss does not allow anyone else to be better than them.
