1. The colleagues are all very nice.
2. From time to time, the company provides food.
3. There is a statue of Iron Man at the company entrance; I believe it is Mark 43.
The company changed its name to 皇丞創新.
1. The company does not pay overtime and operates under an absolutely strict responsibility-based system. Those who are concerned about working unpaid overtime should think carefully before joining.
2. Although the company’s name includes “innovation,” it still manages employees according to traditional-industry concepts.
3. The company’s administrative computers are all very old, making them difficult for the administrative staff to use. They appear to be at least four years old, and probably all beyond their product warranties. I do not know whether no one at the company knows how to handle this or whether the company refuses to replace them. I often see the MIS staff dismantling computer parts here and there to repair them personally, and only applying to purchase replacement parts when there is no other option.
4. The boss only trusts themself and does not trust professional expertise. (Sometimes they even insult other people’s professionalism on the spot; at other times, they ask, “Then why did you hire professional employees?”)
