Pros
The interview process involved pleasant communication with the manager; it felt like a conversation.
Cons
The job was initially described as A, but after joining, it turned out to be B. Then they said I would be exposed to A in two or three years??? There are communication problems between departments, and the staff responsible for salary determination have a poor attitude and use various tactics to try to lower your salary.
