1. The company environment is clean and impressive!
2. The welfare committee puts a lot of effort into organizing activities—perhaps to ease the suffering of colleagues who are being exploited and living through tough times?
3. All the restrooms have bidet toilets XD
4. Employees who join at the same time become very close, comforting each other by sharing their grievances.
1. Military-style management: every day at 8:35 a.m. we have to do morning exercises, and on one day at the beginning of each month, we have to arrive at the restaurant before 8:20 a.m. for the monthly meeting. During the meeting, you may see the chairman verbally tearing into senior executives. I heard that in the past, one supervisor was told to leave on the spot.
2. The work environment is high-pressure and gloomy overall, and extremely unfriendly to newcomers. It depends on whether the person training you is decent... I have to say that the person who trained me happened to be very friendly, willing to share, and easy to talk to, but it still didn’t help—the company culture is simply like that!
Everyone is just watching to see how long you can last. You are only recognized as a company employee once you have stayed for six months; after a year, you are considered a veteran employee, hehe! Simply put, it is a vicious-cycle workplace environment, because the veterans were also humiliated in the same way...
3. Every department in the company works overtime every day. The IT department may be slightly better (because I often saw the lights in their office being turned off earlier XD). Overtime cannot be claimed as overtime pay; you can claim compensatory leave instead.
4. The turnover rate is very high. The company’s various positions are probably kept open continuously in case they are needed.
5. If you want to join this company, be mentally prepared. If you can stay for a year to add the experience to your résumé, many companies in the same industry will want to hire you because you will have proven that you can withstand tough conditions and heavy workloads XD
