A very problematic company that simply does not treat its employees like human beings. The pay is below market rate, and they dump as much work on you as possible. They make you handle whatever comes to mind, without caring that you already have more than enough work on your plate.

They are always understaffed. Whenever someone joins, they gradually exploit them until the workload and compensation become disproportionate, causing them to leave. Then they continue looking for people, creating an endless vicious cycle.
