Pros
The leave policy is the best, modeled after government agencies, and working hours are also more regular (your professional abilities are very important). I’m also very satisfied with the salary.
Cons
I don’t know why they later stopped opening positions to fresh graduates. I heard there used to be training for fresh graduates.
