Compared with my previous company, things are much more relaxed here. The boss does not constantly keep tabs on employees and gives each department plenty of room to perform, but the prerequisite is having sufficient expertise to handle the job. This is a company with an excellent work environment, management, and leave policy.

The company could actually expand and develop other projects, such as a live-streaming studio or an online channel, among others. The potential is there, but it has not been realized.
