Quite an extraordinary journey. After joining the film production planning department, I received an unexpected dismissal notice in less than a month. The notice said that because of the pandemic, the company’s probationary period was three months. Three people were dismissed that month, all for reasons such as insufficient ability and downsizing. Sharing my experience as someone who has been through it with future junior colleagues: think carefully before joining.
