After inviting me to an interview, the salary offered during the discussion was extremely low. Applicants need to carefully consider whether to stay at this small “traditional industry” company, which offers less than other large companies interviewed with around the same time and provides little advantage to applicants. For this interviewee, why choose you? Personally, I believe the experience would provide no benefit for my future résumé.

The interviewing supervisor showed no interest in getting to know the applicant, made sarcastic remarks, and wasted both parties’ time.
