新洲全球股份有限公司
Pros

1. The overall work environment is pretty good. The entire building belongs to the Yanx Group: B1 restaurant, 6F Xinx Global, and 8F Yanx Group.

2. The benefits system includes a one-month year-end bonus and bonuses for the three major festivals.

3. The company requires 10 customers per month (a small challenge for me, and a way to build up a customer base).

4. People without sales experience can come to Xinx Global as a place to hone their skills (building connections and work experience).

5. Two days off per week.

6. Training

Cons

1. Salary: 26–30K (including labor and health insurance). Although salespeople generally do not focus on the base salary, this is not suitable for people with experience! (It’s not over yet.)

2. The bonus system has a basic threshold of 300K; you only receive a bonus on the amount above that. (E.g., if your sales revenue this month is 500K, 500K − 300K = 200K; 200K × 2% = 4,000.) The base salary is also not high, and the bonus commission rate is “2%.”

3. I understand that the market is highly competitive regardless of the industry, but competition should still have value.

4. Xinzhou Global’s sales division is split into many regions. To put it plainly, they are all competitors, and everyone—inside and outside the company—is a competitor.

5. You have to deliver customers’ urgent shipments yourself. (This part is up to you. If the customer’s shipment is not particularly heavy, tell the customer the company’s delivery schedule. Never treat yourself as a driver—you are a salesperson. I have seen salespeople acting as drivers and making deliveries themselves.)

6. The headquarters and main warehouse are separate. Goods frequently go missing or cannot be found in the company warehouse, and these problems are blamed on the sales staff. (I really cannot understand this part.)

7. You have to move your own goods in the warehouse yourself. (You do not have to do this at first, but you will in the future.)

8. The turnover rate for “sales assistants” is higher than that of salespeople.
