You really need to think twice before joining this company~
1. The boss has serious issues~ When you hand something in, the boss will call to ask about it, and then pressure you to promise that you can do it. If you can't deliver, he will call and scold you, saying, “Didn't you promise me? Why haven't you delivered it?”............and many other things.
2. The supervisor is often inconsistent in what they say. One task often has to be done 2–3 times before it's finished.
They really like using certain issues to pressure you~ If a shipment hasn't arrived or goods are damaged, they will ask you to give an explanation.
3. Inventory counts have to be 100% accurate. There can be no discrepancies. If there are, they will make us pay for them.
Even after I resigned, they still asked me to go back and find the discrepancies. When I refused to go back, they said they would send me a lawyer's letter.
I asked the Labor Bureau about it~ They said this matter wasn't my responsibility~ Unless the company can prove otherwise, they can't sue me.
The turnover at this company is very high. The shortest tenure is 3 weeks, and the longest is over 3 years~ This is what I experienced; sharing it for your reference.
