The position I interviewed for was a cashier.

At the beginning, I introduced myself. After I briefly finished my introduction, the owner’s wife began criticizing me, saying that my work experience was not as good as she had expected. She kept saying that the company was under a lot of pressure, but did not explain the salary and benefits, the company’s business operations, or provide any overall introduction to the company. She only kept saying that they would hire someone who could withstand pressure. If you ask someone to introduce themselves, shouldn’t you also, as a matter of courtesy, introduce the actual work responsibilities at your company? She also kept saying that her company was profitable and that this position was being added as part of an expansion, emphasizing that the company was making money.

Before the interview, I had already informed them in advance that the video interview would be conducted via LINE and that the signal might be poor. They insisted on using LINE and then shouted into the microphone. Overall, the interview was not a mutual exchange or an opportunity to understand each other; instead, it consisted of one-sided criticism.
