Pros
The company regularly distributes movie tickets and gift voucher points every quarter. Most departments do not require overtime. There are factories in Taiwan, and if production takes place in Taiwan, business travel is not required.
Cons
The camera PL department has a high turnover rate, and new employees mostly end up doing miscellaneous tasks as disposable workers.
