What I want to say is that a supervisor from Tsann Kuen Enterprise called me proactively. We talked for half an hour, and they said there probably wouldn't be any problems. They scheduled a second interview, which involved a video presentation, so I spent several days preparing the materials. I had already told them that if the salary was acceptable, we could schedule the interview—there was no need to waste each other's time. In the end, I received the official response, which was truly baffling. They obviously couldn't offer the salary the job seeker requested, so why waste each other's time?
