The interview atmosphere was very relaxed~ The interviewer seriously explained the company policies, job responsibilities, salary, and bonuses. The whole process was pleasant and full of laughter, which helped reduce a lot of my stress during the interview. Also, no matter what questions I asked, the interviewer answered them directly, making me feel that this company was quite sincere. In addition, the interviewer was very considerate toward newcomers to the workforce like us. Whether or not we were hired, they would notify us, so we wouldn’t have to wait endlessly for a hiring decision or waste time that could be spent applying for other jobs. Newcomers who are interested can give it a try—it’s also a good way to gain interview experience!

Looking back, the whole interview process was quite enjoyable, so I can’t really think of any drawbacks~
