Working in an extremely employee-unfriendly environment can help you develop a certain level of resilience.
1. Overtime cannot be claimed.
2. The company uses excessively high performance standards to reduce everyone's salaries.
3. A culture of falsification is prevalent; tell the truth and provide the data, and you can expect to be berated.
4. Every year, you hear upper management say: "This year's performance was poor; the year-end bonus was never stipulated as mandatory in the first place."
5. Disciplinary standards vary across departments.
6. When the company is not short-staffed, do not expect severance pay—it is impossible. You will be repeatedly asked to provide support in other counties or cities.
