大樹連鎖藥局_大樹醫藥股份有限公司
Pros

1. Many young people

2. Lots of delicious food nearby

3. Complies with the Labor Standards Act

Cons

1. Promotions depend on luck. If you don't work overtime and join in the gossip, no matter how capable you are or how long you've worked there, you'll never get a turn ^^ Any new hire can become your supervisor.

2. Overtime is treated as a matter of course. If you leave work on time, your supervisor will look very unhappy and treat you badly.

3. Sometimes you haven't actually done anything wrong at work, but because your supervisor doesn't like you, they will find every possible fault, make you work overtime, and then say that your abilities are poor.

4. Overtime is really important!! Not working overtime will absolutely never be because you're capable and can finish your work within working hours. It will definitely be because you're unwilling to sacrifice for the company, which is why you leave work early.

5. Although there are many young people, supervisors in "certain departments" make the work atmosphere very unpleasant, to the point that coworkers don't even dare chat much at work.

6. I don't know why some department supervisors are unwilling to communicate properly. Sometimes it's simply a misunderstanding, but the supervisors refuse to communicate and keep telling their subordinates that the other department is just like that and can't be improved, so they can only keep cleaning up after the other department. This causes the departments to secretly resent each other. In the end, casual conversations reveal that the employees below all want to communicate with each other; it's just that the supervisors aren't willing to.

7. Unless you're a pharmacist, the pay here is what it is. It won't get much higher no matter how long you work there, and supervisors don't really adjust salaries according to work performance—they only consider whether they like you.

8. The annual evaluation process is not transparent. You only know the score your supervisor gives you at the end, but not the reason, so performance ratings are often inexplicably low.

9. You have to queue to use the restroom. The company keeps refusing to improve the situation, even saying that it means the company has more people, which is a good thing—and then doing nothing (???).

10. The headquarters is truly terrible. It's a corrugated-metal building, and when someone walks, the entire office shakes. It's terrifying, like an earthquake.

11. This is the first company I've encountered that doesn't offer well wishes when anyone resigns, regardless of the reason. The resignation must also be kept secret until the actual last day, when the entire department finally finds out. Once you submit your resignation, your supervisor's attitude changes very quickly—they even pretend not to see you when walking past. It's very childish.

12. The supervisor has made the atmosphere within the department extremely depressing. Everyone works overtime every day, and the department is always among the last to leave the company. Everyone in the department looks like they have depression; no one smiles.

13. Going to the stores to buy employee-purchase items is extremely humiliating. The store staff even give you attitude. It's the same even if you notify them in advance that you're going for an employee purchase. At [redacted chain], you only need to show your membership card to make an employee purchase, and you can simply queue like a regular customer. At Dàshù, you have to wait until all the customers have left and the store is not busy, then secretly say that you want to make an employee purchase. I don't know what the point is of making things difficult for their own employees.

14. Anyway, there are really a lot of problems—so many that I don't even know how to describe them all. In short, unless you have the gift of gab or you're a pharmacist, no matter how capable you are or how long you work at Dàshù, you won't receive corresponding recognition or compensation.
