大魯閣開發股份有限公司
Pros

You’ll get at least three months’ worth of bonuses—though it’s not much.

Cons

The company has now been renamed Taroko Industrial Co., Ltd., and Jichuang has also been merged into it. Since I couldn’t find the new company name, I’m posting this here.

The company places very little value on its employees and seems to think there will always be someone else to hire. Full-time employees who have been there for a long time often ask basic questions, constantly don’t know what they should be doing, and there are no SOPs. Coworkers all like to push work onto others. The managers there are problematic, especially the top one. The manager is emotional and prone to losing their temper, and also lacks common sense when handling things. The top manager makes decisions that are difficult to understand. The company is stingy with pay and does not pay overtime, in violation of labor laws. This company is not very profitable; think carefully before joining. Very few people there have stayed for a long time.
