The interview process was extremely uncomfortable. I’m sure there weren’t any advantages.

During the interview, the way they asked questions was as if they were trying to argue with you.

They kept asking: “So do you think there’s only one way to handle this situation?”

“Really? So you think there’s only one way to solve a problem?”

“So you’re the kind of person who does this and that… right?”

Was this an interview or an interrogation? After half an hour, they were still asking the same question.

Everyone encounters different people, situations, and circumstances. You weren’t the interviewee, so how would you know whether the interviewee’s approach wasn’t the best—or the only—approach under those circumstances?

The job title is followed by “#Empathetic.” Is this what you call empathy?

Also, the video interview was recorded. Only the interviewee had their camera on; the other party didn’t.
