The work environment is comfortable, the colleagues are friendly, and there are many restaurants nearby.
The female boss is moody and unpredictable. When she is in a bad mood, employees have to brace themselves to be harshly berated. The entire company operates around the female boss; if you disagree with her, you might as well prepare to be fired! During my brief six months at the company, eight people were fired, making nine including myself. I checked the company's previous employee turnover records, and there were approximately ten or more others. Anyone hoping to build a long-term career should skip this company.
