The colleagues are all pretty good and easy to get along with.
There are too many things that need improvement to know where to begin. The problems with the systems are extremely serious, and the quality is not very good either. I don’t know whether the boss simply doesn’t want to manage the company or lacks management ability; personally, I think it’s the latter. On the surface, the company is a consulting firm, but in reality the boss has established multiple companies that sell materials, mostly energy-dissipation components, seismic-control products, and the like. Then they try every possible way and use every means to install them wherever possible, never considering whether the buildings are suitable for installation or whether the structural performance meets the standards after installation. In short, they just install them.
