I’m currently so angry that I can’t think of anything.
To quote what a former colleague said:
“If you don’t have the money, don’t pretend you can run a company.”
The performance bonuses for the entire previous year that were promised to employees
were repeatedly delayed and never paid.
One by one, the employees who contributed last year all left.
It was not until May that the company finally agreed to pay,
but the employees who had worked there for the entire previous year and then resigned were not included???
So, if you promise to pay people, you can just keep delaying and delaying,
and once everyone has left, you no longer have to pay them, right?^^
The Q1 bonuses still haven’t been paid either.
If the company owner places so little value on employees,
makes every employee leave in such an unpleasant manner,
and often forces people out before their agreed-upon resignation date,
then all I can do is wish the company luck in finding and retaining talented people.
I won’t say too much on a public platform.
Anyone who wants to join can find out for themselves and proceed at their own risk.
