This was my previous interview experience. For such a large company, I felt that the handling of interview arrangements and follow-up responses was extremely poor.

I was asked to come in for interviews three consecutive times, all scheduled after 17:00. By the time I left, it was already after 20:00.

After the third interview, I asked about the result a week later. Human Resources said I needed to wait for the boss to make a decision. A few days later, Human Resources said that, due to the pandemic, they needed to wait until the situation stabilized before making a decision, and that they would notify me at that time.

To this day, I have not received a single phone call or email.
