The interview atmosphere was relaxed, and the interviewer did not use any belittling language! Previously, when I interviewed at another company, the interviewer kept using emotionally charged remarks, such as, “You don’t even know how to answer a question like this—how will you solve problems in the future?” It was very stressful! By comparison, creating a relaxed atmosphere and conducting the interview professionally is what really attracts job seekers!!!
