Pros
As long as you have a good relationship with your supervisor, the work itself is basically fine. After a while, though, you end up doing repetitive tasks, which can also be very boring.
Cons
The pace is extremely fast, and there is little hope of a raise. People who drink alcohol tend to be valued more, and relationships matter a lot.
