Most management positions are held by close associates and long-serving employees.
The company has a very bad reputation in the industry; you can look up the litigation cases.
The quality of the colleagues is relatively low, so it is not suitable to stay.
If you want to work in the CAD/CAM industry, there are better distributors to choose from.
