Pros
Convenient transportation, and the frontline colleagues are fairly friendly.
Cons
The attitude of senior management is hard to agree with, and they have an overbearing sense of superiority. They are extremely proactive when they need you, but when they don't, they pin a bunch of unfounded accusations on you and kick you out. If you join this company, you need to be mentally prepared to be fired at any time.
