Willing to hire people without relevant work experience
Cons
The manager has an eccentric personality and poor emotional regulation
They are overly insecure and develop the illusion that their position is being threatened
so they use unreasonable reasons to ask people to leave
The reason they were able to become a manager is probably also because they are a follower of that religion
