Pros

1. Lunar New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, year-end, and birthday bonuses are all provided, depending on the company’s operating performance.

2. The coworkers are young, and the atmosphere is okay.

3. Occasional group dinners.

4. You can learn things here; once you’ve learned enough, you can pretty much start preparing to move on.

Cons

1. It’s a family business; basically, the rules are decided by the people at the very top.

2. There is no clear system. The only consistent system is that orders change from day to day, and position transfers are made without consulting you.

3. Salaries basically never change. Supposedly, raises follow civil servant salary adjustments, so all you can do is see whether the three holiday bonuses and year-end bonus are generous.

4. One manager has extremely poor emotional control. Throwing their phone is an everyday occurrence; who knows how many phones they’ve gone through, haha.

5. If you’re good at sucking up, congratulations—you’ll have an easier time after joining. If you simply keep your head down and do your job, then, well, sorry.

6. All the managers, big and small, stick together. You also don’t really need to talk to coworkers about work-related matters; one careless remark and you’ll find out that the entire company knows, especially since the phone-throwing person has absolutely no boundaries whatsoever (I’m dying of laughter).

7. There are only a few coworkers who remain above the fray. You’ll have to find out for yourself who is worth getting close to; you won’t know what it feels like until you’ve been hurt. XDD
