As long as you know how to bluff, no one checks your work, and you can even spend the whole day daydreaming.

You get to do everything and learn different skills (although they’re all slipshod methods).

Most employees have extremely poor quality and abilities; they cannot even handle basic tasks. Even genuinely capable people leave within less than six months of joining, resulting in high employee turnover.

The owner thinks everything is very simple. Apart from sales, they show no respect for any other professional expertise and always believe their own methods are the smartest.

The company accountant believes that the cheaper something is, the better it is—even when traveling for business, employees are required to bring their own quilts and pillows.

The company has an extremely poor reputation in the industry, and many clients were so shocked that they only did business with it once.

During the interview, they make the company sound very professional and visionary, but after actually joining, you find that it is completely different.

Finally, my sincere advice: Unless you want to find out how bad a company can be, I do not recommend working there.
