The first interview was very pleasant, and I successfully scheduled a second interview for a weekday evening. The second interview required a presentation; although we talked until quite late, it went smoothly and pleasantly. However, there was no follow-up afterward. After waiting a week, I proactively asked when I would receive the result but got no response. I waited another week and asked again, and was told that I was expected to be notified that Friday. Yet even now, I still have not received any response. This handling of the follow-up process is truly very disappointing.
