Leaving work on time?
There are many things that are difficult to talk about.
I wouldn’t say that the company has particularly good systems or culture. In my opinion, a high turnover rate can indicate something.
The management style is quite typically Taiwanese—for example, there is a strong drinking culture at year-end banquets. The company does not pay overtime, yet it deducts pay for being late.
I’ve heard supervisors harshly berate subordinates to the point that the entire office could hear it. Supervisors are permitted to use verbal abuse.
Also, the company’s clients are all small and medium-sized businesses, so you have to connect with clients on their level. To some extent, you really have to be quite Taiwanese.
I wouldn’t recommend learning digital advertising here because the projects are too small, making it impossible to learn in a diversified way.
The company’s management also tends to “keep employees busy with pointless tasks while not caring about the results.”
Well… I can’t spell out the specifics; you’ll have to read between the lines.
