The colleagues are relatively young and easy to get along with.
The area around the company has good amenities.
Salaries are adjusted once a year, and the basic adjustment is usually NT$1,000. It is recommended to ask for a higher salary. Total pay = meal allowance NT$2,400 + perfect-attendance bonus NT$1,000 + base salary (P.S. Forgetting to clock in results in a one-hour personal leave deduction and forfeiture of the perfect-attendance bonus.)
For some positions, the job title does not quite match the job responsibilities, or it feels like one person is handling multiple roles.
The company is in a good location, but the land may be expensive, so the office is small and the desks do not have partitions.
They are stingy about "many" small things, which is laughable, haha.
