1. Company motorcycles may be used when traveling outside the office for work.
2. Lunch expenses are provided, but you must eat at the company for this to apply; there is no allowance if you go out at lunchtime.
1. You have to arrive at the company half an hour earlier than the scheduled start time to prepare for work, making the actual working time 8.5 hours.
2. Taking sick leave results in a deduction from the perfect-attendance bonus. I heard that the deduction for sick leave is the same as that for personal leave.
3. If you are caught using your phone during work hours, your bonus will be deducted. Even if you are using your phone for work-related matters, they will check whether that is really the case.
4. Bonuses are also deducted for poor performance. It feels like they often use pay deductions to pressure employees.
5. Even when the government announces a typhoon day off, you still have to work half a day. One extra hour of pay is provided as compensation, but there is no further reimbursement for taxi fares or anything else.
6. Annual leave for the following year must be scheduled in advance during the previous year. They also specifically say that annual leave should preferably be scheduled and taken in one longer block rather than split into several periods. During annual leave, you still have to return to the company to provide support for half a day (apparently this is paid).
