Also, the interviewing manager seemed very approachable. They asked questions carefully based on my résumé and explained the job responsibilities and the company’s development plans in detail. On top of that, the salary and benefits were truly excellent.

Based on the interview, I got the impression that this position requires someone who can get up to speed as quickly as possible.
