First interview:
The HR staff were terrible, often randomly bringing people in for interviews mainly to meet their performance targets. Be careful. I scored too highly on the English test, and HR actually didn’t believe it and kept questioning why. Absolutely ridiculous!!
The supervisor was also terrible, with poor conversational skills, making grandiose promises and speaking with an arrogant, superior attitude.
Work environment:
It is located in the Kaohsiung Export Processing Zone, which is a very inconvenient location. The smell of chemical gases is very strong, and there are many large trucks nearby, making it dangerous. Be careful when driving.
Overall, the salary is not high. It is a company that offers peanuts and can only hire monkeys. You can go to the interview for practice, but I do not recommend working there.
