大永真空科技股份有限公司
Pros

The HR representative was friendly and had good emotional intelligence.

Cons

I have always worked in overseas business, but I also wouldn't object to domestic development and visiting clients. I was asked during the interview to introduce the company's products and give a presentation, which I felt was somewhat unreasonable. After all, I had not received any training. Of course, they then said it was to assess my ambition—free labor is the best, right??? I spent a lot of time preparing everything, but on the day of the interview, the manager had serious emotional-management issues. Just because previous sales staff were lazy, why vent those emotions on an interviewee??? Please, have I started getting paid yet? Then they kept criticizing me for not having experience in cold outreach and visiting clients. Isn't this supposed to be a two-way process of getting to know each other? Why did they become more and more emotional as they talked?!?!?! And did I ever say that I couldn't or didn't want to do those things? It was just an interview, but they made it feel like I was being scolded. They were seriously problematic—I hadn't even joined the company yet. Then they asked for a salary roughly equivalent to my previous one, but also questioned whether I had any value. What the hell? So are you saying my former company owner was wrong about me? They were seriously unbelievable. The quality of companies along the coast is really low. They required a presentation for the interview too, so after making us do all that, they might as well have just said directly in the interview that the candidate needed to be able to handle visiting clients. Why waste so much of our time and energy? They kept nitpicking and criticizing other things as well. In fact, working hard is fine; the real source of suffering is having to put up with managers and bosses with terrible emotional intelligence and emotional-management problems.
