The silver lining in misfortune: I’m still alive and safe＾＾

The former boss often said that they treated us as partners, not employees, but everything they did was even worse than how ordinary employees were treated....

The several reviews above are all true. At the time, we even went to discuss with the former boss that turning off the air conditioning made the indoor air very stagnant (because there were absolutely no windows opposite), and we were only asking for basic air circulation. We weren’t the only group of employees to raise this concern, but the former boss’s response was that turning off the air conditioning at three or four in the afternoon (we got off at six) was a matter of usage habits?? Turning it off early was to take care of the air conditioner.....

It was absolutely ridiculous. So does that mean we could also shut down our computers at three or four and go home, to take care of the computers?

I don’t know whether the working environment was so terrible, but every employee who joined ended up in much worse health. Even those who were normally healthy developed serious illnesses. Raising the issue was useless; it was simply impossible to communicate! (And yet the boss loved saying that they were a boss who could communicate.)

Toward the end, the air conditioning was turned off even before three or four—in the middle of the day—whenever the boss was going out, completely ignoring the fact that there were still employees in the workspace. There were also several times when employees arrived at the office in the morning and couldn’t find the air-conditioner remote control (later, we discovered that the boss had locked it in their own office).

Otherwise, the boss’s wife would come into the office and directly set the air conditioner to turn off automatically at a certain time＾＾ (Were the bosses treating the remote control like a relay-race baton?)

I don’t know why the basic workplace necessity of air circulation had to be brought up on this website (even I find it laughable),

but precisely because it was so laughable and absurd, I wanted people who are considering joining to see this and think twice.

There are many other inside stories and underhanded actions, but I won’t go into them.

In short, everything about this company was absurd....
