Low prices near the company
Kiway has many systems, but its culture is very rigid.
Many systems...?! Actually, there are no systems.
You ask me where to find the company's policies?
There aren't any!
Whenever a new manager comes in, they change things,
and once they leave, everything returns to how it was before.
For decades, things have been repeatedly revised but never institutionalized. That's because they are too institutionalized—the two owners would have no room to bluff the employees.
If they didn't bluff the employees, they would have to establish everything according to government standards! How could that work!
The new manager is just a smokescreen.
When the new manager is too professional, too deeply involved, too serious, or too disobedient, it's time to say “say 881” to them.
For a concrete description of the company's system: Whatever the first-generation owners say goes. The two of them are the company's system—they are everything.
Job seekers who want a lively pace or atmosphere at work, and who want to follow legal and concrete management policies, may be disappointed and resentful.
Kiway has no civilization; everything is governed by people.
The two first-generation owners are everything at Kiway.
They have the final say.
Let's see whether this general manager, whose surname starts with L,
is still here at the end of 2021.
Let's continue watching................
