Leaving work on time (though it was my colleagues who urged everyone to leave together, not a rule set by the boss＾＾)

The boss’s character, the salary, no benefits, an all-responsibility system, and having to clean the toilets (If I had known, I absolutely would not have gone to work there＾＾)

Although I had not been working there for long, two people quit at lightning speed during that period. Since they were in different positions, I did not pay much attention to it.

Later, I learned that the person previously in my position had spent a long time working on a project and then also quit very quickly. I was there to clean up the mess they left behind (I personally feel that it is fair to put it that way). I was required to complete a project within four days (a typical project would take about a month), and I did manage to complete it fairly smoothly. Later, because I was not used to this job being different from the work I had done in the past, I properly told the boss that I personally did not feel suited to this industry. After I resigned, because I needed to sign a resignation certificate, the agreed meeting location was changed repeatedly. At the time, I thought, “Forget it.” Later, after hearing from a former colleague, I found out that the boss had been acting crazy on their own: first asking to meet at my home, then at the company, and later saying they did not want me to go to the company. To be honest, I did not particularly want to go either. This ridiculous document was actually not important even if I did not sign it. If it were me now, I would drag it out forever rather than go sign it～From some small details, you can tell that the boss probably has persecutory delusions. I also learned that after I resigned, the boss was saying things about me to my colleagues. To be honest, they really are petty and narrow-minded～With such a limited outlook, you might as well properly go open that 木Ｘ牛乳店 after all.
