I can't think of any advantages.

The HR interview arrangements were very poor. At first, they asked me to go to Meeting Room A, only to find someone else there; then they asked me to go to Meeting Room B, only to find that someone was there too, and then asked me to go back to Meeting Room A!!! After the HR interview, they asked me to wait a moment because a manager was supposed to interview me. A few minutes later, HR came back and said, “Uh, the manager is in a meeting. We may have to ask you to make a second trip. I don't know how long the manager's meeting will last, so let's leave it at that for today. We'll let you know if necessary.” The whole thing was just ridiculous! Doesn't other people's time matter? How can the interview process be arranged so poorly? What is there to look forward to at this company?
