Pros

Didn't feel anything

Cons

At the beginning of the interview, they asked me to introduce myself, then asked about my work experience and why I had left my previous job.

They then explained the job duties: organizing products, packaging and shipping orders. Most importantly, they asked whether I could accept working overtime.

When I asked about the overtime hours, they told me it might be from 9:00 to 10:00, and at the latest possibly until the hour. They emphasized that they comply with the Labor Standards Act.

After looking at my salary requirements, they asked how low I could go so that they could discuss it with the supervisor. That was the end of the first interview.

Second interview: Two supervisors conducted the interview. Again, they first asked me to introduce myself, then asked about my relevant work experience and whether I had worked overtime at my previous company and for how many hours. (It felt like they kept focusing on the overtime issue.) When I indicated that I might not be able to work overtime so late, they phrased it another way, asking whether I could accept working overtime for approximately 20 days or more per month. They said they have peak and off-peak seasons.

I politely declined on the spot.

They never mentioned the salary from beginning to end. At the end, they even gave the example that if an employee lives nearby, asking that person to work a little overtime should not be excessive, right?

I was completely stunned. The key point is that refusing to work overtime is not allowed!
