Cons

I ignored the reviews and insisted on applying for a parking management position anyway. I deeply regret it.

The working hours are long: 12 hours a day and at least five days a week, sometimes even six. At NT$35,000, the hourly wage is very low, and almost all of your time is spent at the company.

A small parking lot management station filled with exclusion, scheming, backstabbing, and workplace bullying. The coworkers are each more selfish than the last, shifting responsibility, framing others, and passing the blame. Days off can be moved at any time. Because staffing is so limited, there is almost no opportunity to take accumulated leave. Early-shift employees may even be asked to cover late shifts, making a normal daily routine impossible.

The turnover rate is high, and most people do not stay for even a year. Management problems emerge one after another; when a problem is discovered, the first response is not to solve it but to find a scapegoat. Coworkers join in and kick the person while they are down. Over time, that person is labeled a habitual offender whenever something goes wrong. People are driven away one by one, while the supervisors and company remain completely unaware of the management problems.
